Welcome To My Thoughts!

I created this site in hopes of providing a philosophical and spiritual guide for all those seeking truth. Here, you will find several excerpts from my personal writings–several years in the making and still counting–on subjects like metaphysics, science, technology, politics, and religion. I discuss the needed balance between the theists and the atheists, between the capitalists and the socialists, between the Liberals and the Conservatives,  and between the government and the governed.

To summarize the essence of all my views and the purpose of this site–

I am under the impression that the universe is an infinite system, which has always been here and always will be, and that each of us can consider him or herself to be at the apex of that infinite and forever system. I believe this infinite and forever system, which I often call “The Forever All,” is required in order for any of us to exist.

I strongly believe there is a profound meaning and purpose to it all and an inherent goodness, which can never be destroyed. Unfortunately, I believe there is also an inherent darkness, which too can never be destroyed. There can’t be one without the other. But, ultimately, these two forces remain conserved and balanced.

I’ve come to realize that neither science nor religion, independent of the other, can provide a satisfactory explanation to our existence and the existence of the world. I believe ultimate truth will arise only when the scientific thinkers join hands with the spiritual thinkers. Yes, the world can be viewed as a mechanical thing, but at the same time, it is an awesome, divine thing, which ultimately goes beyond full understanding.

I also believe we have reached a critical point in our history when the ideal society can be truly realized, if we can all just learn to work together.  Now is the time to permanently throw out the out-dated idea “It’s every man for himself,” and instead adopt the much more compassionate slogan, “All for one and one for all.”  Therefore, I invite all thinkers, spiritual and/or scientific, to my site.  To read more, use the tabs at the top of this page.

Thanks for visiting!

My ebook The Forever All: A Philosophical and Spiritual Guide includes all these essays, along with many others, and is now available at www.Lulu.com, the iBookstore, and Nook.

Over the past few years I have been coming to all of the same conclusions as you have been so gracious to share in your videos. I cannot believe there are people in the world who think as I do! I’m so grateful to have found you and your videos. Thank you.

I appreciate your thoughts and points of view even though I do not agree with many of them. Keep your thoughts and ideas coming. They are always provocative and thought inducing. In your blog about socialism as the citizens owning the nationalized industries, I found no system for citizens to exercise any control over the industries to “punish” those that produce goods of lesser quality at costs higher than those produced in free markets.
In such a situation, citizens in true socialist democracies can buy goods from other countries, but only those in power can actually “reward” or “punish” nationalized industries when they are universally less productive and make lower quality goods. In PRIVATELY owned industries, SHAREHOLDERS can and often do “vote the rascal (company heads) out” when industries cannot cannot produce goods of sufficient quality with prices consumers will use (“non-profitable”). A Soviet official once asked me if the US had the Soviet problem that restaurants rarely had the food listed on its menu and generally charged much more than the published prices. I explained that in NYC, the restaurants provided menus in their windows with prices. But why, he asked, can you count on their following through on the promise of listed food at listed prices. I immediately said, if the restaurants do NOT follow through, they go out of business.
He replied “Ah.. They go out of business something we cannot do.”
Free Markets cannot be realized except in the ideal world. However, the further one gets from having free markets, the goods will be produced less efficiently at higher cost. Actually, studying the Soviet economic system demonstrates that their economic problems were intense versions of economic weaknesses in even free market economies.
